@AerLingus flying from Bilbao to Dublin. Flight is now less than 1 hour away. Still long queues to check in luggage. Came very early to airport with small baby but now will be incredibly rushed for time on other side. Open your check-ins early or put more staff on. Unacceptable.

Flames and smoke came from my HP pavillion 360 laptop when unlugged. So dangerous and frightening. Called @HP support, they said they were going to transfer me to the "correct person" and then hung up on me. No call back. No apologies or explanations.

Addendum - I had to get my data restored as lost everything on the laptop. Inconvenient but most importantly extremely dangerous. Luckily I was home at the time.

@FreeNow_IE ordered a taxi, ride was accepted then when 2 mins away they cancelled. Now on my 3rd driver as 2nd also cancelled. This is happening all the time. Why are they allowed cancel? Serious waste of time
