That's one of the reasons the power sector is what it is. Govt will mess up any subsidy arrangements and Dangote will not watch his refinery go down with that.

You will artificially fix fuel price at 200 while scarcity will force ppl to buy at 5k. Govt will tell you official rate is 400 while you won't get it but by at 2000 on parallel market.
