@Mypal_Service Customer Service is one of a kind,one of my community members won a giveaway from mypal because of that they gained some engagement nvm that I massaged them at 10th to claim that prize but they didn’t reply,you can see that in the video. They replied the next day,wanted my x account link after providing that they are saying that Member isn’t on the list send him a picture, (they don't even support screen shots) again they are saying It's not on the list,I mean is he is blind or something? I've provided the picture once again & they are saying now that prize claim deadline is at 10th they want us to claim our Prize in 1 day after the announcement was made at 9th of October & I did mention earlier that I massaged them at 10th of October,you can clearly see that in the video. Lastly I wanna say It's not about the money,it’s about the transparency that they broke,Fuck off MyPal!
