Realised profit is the only profit
My best trade for this month became no trades. Took aggressive profits and went to touch grass for 3 weeks while I watched most traders who were up a lot donate it once again all back into the chop
Learning to step away sometimes was one of the greatest disciplines I accomplished this year
Past years everytime I was up too much I simply didn’t wanna sell because I was like what if it goes higher from here what if it does a 2x and funnily these thoughts were always the top of my port
This time all emotions aside I just trimmed everything agressively and learnt that even if market goes higher there will be just other opportunity to make money and I won’t miss out anything anyway as your X algorithm wants you to believe it
For years, Pump had been training your brain to trade shitcoin, and it got to the point your brain and your edge has been rewired to jeet early. Well, not anymore. This time it's different, where you actually can "trade" like a normal human being.
Feels lonely to be one of a few playing on HyperEVM right now, where everyone is focusing on RH. But I've seen this playbook before and will see how it unfolds.

Did I just buy the bottom of base:0xf1e9baa65d418a9025e1851dd2d37f1ad208bba3 or nah?
My @base quants told me this is going to 8 figures in the short term.
If you want the you two years later to appreciate what you did today, then...
(Not calling any bottoms. No one can. But try to adopt a yearly horizon.)
Very keen to TP on this position, but once you zoom out. This isn't your normal TikTok token, this is a world narrative that has been approved by BinanceUS

I still remember vividly 5/8/24 was the V shape recovery where the Yen carry trade happened. We never saw that dip on the 5/8. Today btc even goes dipper than the 10/10 event. This is a sentiment-caused bottom.
Here is a tip that matters today.
There are two types of bottoms.
The first is an event-caused bottom. It shows up fast, it is aggressive, and the move is usually linked to something sudden. This is the only bottom you should rush to buy. If the event was exaggerated, this type of bottom can snap back quickly and create a real V-shape. You can actually miss it.
The second is a sentiment-caused bottom. It forms through a slow bleed, it is not fast, and it is not aggressive. There is no reason to rush into this one. It will give you plenty of chances to buy, and rushing usually ends with you buying something cheap that keeps getting cheaper.
A lot of people think sentiment bottoms behave like event bottoms. They do not.
