@F3Bartman_GR @F3Nation@darkhelmetF3 I agree with @g_purve you are probably not having enough water and are binging at a meal. The key is to eat slowly and start with protein. You will find that you will feel full with less food. I don't count calories but I am sure I consume less because I only have 2 meals.
