are people blissfully unaware (or intentionally oppositional) to not realize how absurd it is to think you can have an influential platform and use said platform to apologize and rally support for terrorist organizations that have a vested interest in the destruction or upheaval of the country you reside in...and NOT expect the intelligence community to take note of you, and possibly question you? 💡
Hasan had to answer a few questions about his intentionally contrary, loud political opinions (including terrorism apologetics) and he's pretending to be shocked? If I know one thing about Hasan, it's that he likes nothing more than an opportunity to talk about himself and his contrarian beliefs, so this "interrogation" probably had him fantasizing & drooling over all the new speaking engagements and national coverage with his face forced in everyone's newsfeed, that he knew would happen as a result of this chance encounter (and yup, here we are)...
Hasan didn't see the face of an authoritarian government hellbent on making his life miserable, with deportation and imprisonment being a forgone conclusion in his near-future...no, what Hasan saw at the airport in Chicago was the next evolution of his brand and social media influence...and lots of dollar signs...🤔
