“Óle! Óle!” (“Thief! Thief!”). Lagos residents chant as President Bola Tinubu’s convoy arrives in Lagos following his return from France, after an extended period away from Nigeria amid ongoing economic hardship and public concerns.
In solidarity with our five TMG members that were arrested in Borno yesterday for simply wearing the Tinubu Must Go tee shirt, we will be posting this new logo across all our social media pages! If Tinubu likes, let him arrest all of us but in sha Allah sai ya tafi! 🔥🤝
I’ve always believed that better days are still possible. For me, leadership is not just about winning elections or holding office. It’s about being there for the people, listening to them, and doing your best to make life better.
That’s one of the reasons I stand with @IsaAshiruKudan . I believe he has what it takes to lead with experience, calmness, and a genuine concern for the people. My support isn’t because anyone asked me to it’s because I want to see our communities grow, our young people have more opportunities, and our state move forward.
As we look towards 2027, I can only pray that God gives him good health, wisdom, and strength for the journey ahead. At the end of the day, we all want a leader who will put the people first. That’s the hope I hold on to.

Buen final de carrera para ambos, a la altura de lo que han sido los 2.

Nigeria @66: Ashiru Assures Kaduna Residents of Better Future
…Tasks Uba Sani on Improved Security, Says Citizens Must Not Lose Hope
As Nigerians at home and abroad commemorate the 66th anniversary of the nation’s independence, the Kaduna State gubernatorial candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Rt. Hon. Isa Mohammed Ashiru, has assured the people of Kaduna State that a better, safer and more prosperous future remains possible.
Ashiru, in an Independence Day message issued through his Spokesman, Abdulwaheed Olayinka Adubi, urged Kaduna residents not to lose hope in the face of the economic hardship, insecurity and other challenges confronting the state and the country.
He said the resilience and determination of Nigerians remain a strong foundation upon which the nation can rebuild and achieve sustainable development.
According to him, the challenges confronting Kaduna State require purposeful leadership, accountability and a renewed commitment to the welfare, security and prosperity of the people.
Ashiru expressed concern that the inability of the present administration in Kaduna State to adequately respond to the concerns of citizens across various sectors has continued to fuel frustration and uncertainty among residents.
He therefore called on the people of Kaduna State to remain hopeful, peaceful and united, stressing that the state has the human and material resources required to overcome its current challenges through responsible, transparent and people-centred leadership.
The ADC gubernatorial candidate particularly expressed concern over the security situation in parts of the state, noting that persistent incidents of kidnapping and banditry have forced some families to abandon their homes, farms and livelihoods in search of safety.
“Due to incidents of kidnapping and banditry, many families have become displaced in their own state. Citizens who ought to enjoy the protection of government are instead living in fear and uncertainty.
“The protection of lives and property is the primary responsibility of government, and the people of Kaduna deserve nothing less than decisive and sustained action to restore security across the state,” he said.
Ashiru therefore urged the Governor Uba Sani-led administration to treat the security situation in Kaduna with the urgency it deserves and strengthen collaboration with security agencies, traditional institutions, community leaders and other relevant stakeholders to protect lives and property.
He stressed that security must remain a priority, noting that meaningful economic development, education, agriculture, healthcare and investment cannot thrive in an environment where citizens are constantly afraid for their lives and livelihoods.
The ADC candidate also expressed concern over reports that the Kaduna State Government would not hold activities to mark Nigeria’s 66th Independence anniversary, as it was widely reported in the media, describing the reported decision as unfortunate.
According to him, while governments may have legitimate reasons for modifying official celebrations, Independence Day provides an important opportunity to reflect on Nigeria’s journey, honour the sacrifices of its citizens and renew the collective commitment to building a better nation.
Ashiru, however, said the reported decision raises questions about the administration’s achievements and the extent to which it has been able to provide tangible benefits to the people of Kaduna State in the last three years and four months.
He said the anniversary should also serve as a reminder to leaders at all levels of their responsibility to serve the people and create the conditions necessary for citizens to live in dignity, security and prosperity.
Ashiru wished Nigerians, particularly the people of Kaduna State, a peaceful and memorable 66th Independence anniversary, urging citizens to remain hopeful, united and committed to the collective task

These ones don’t care whether their names appear in the PCC list or not, they went straight to start work. Then there are some fools that claim they must be on the PCC or join another party.
