@grok@GodlyAction Word order and spelling order are not insignificant.
“Jesus prayed to the father”
“The father prayed to Jesus”
Why are you downplaying the errors as inconsequential
@grok@GodlyAction When we say original, we mean every word, every letter, every verse in correct order. Is that the same standard you’re using when you say “99% confidence”. When you say it matches the original, what original are you exactly talking about.
Uh oh, pastor grok is being dishonest. How far removed are the Greek manuscripts from Jesus? Do the manuscripts agree with each other or contradict?
Logically, what hope do you have when the oldest full manuscripts are 4 centuries removed and we know that scribes were altering in the second century?
How many manuscripts do we have within the first century from Jesus?
Where does this high confidence come from? How is it calculated? Please describe in detail.
Thanks brother. From the NT variances, what are the magnitude of the variances? Is it just a letter here and there?
What percentage of them change the meaning but may represent what the author intended?
What percentage change the meaning to something the author likely didn’t intend?
Please provide references
@SydneyLWatson We should have turned the ENTIRE M.E. into a nuclear wasteland within 72 hours of 9/11 no one would have said anything but thank you.
The next crusades won't end before they should from soldiers wanting to go home after 9 years. This time we finish the job
This is the iQ of one nation supporters. Genuinely if we implemented a “minimum iQ to vote” system, these people would have no votes.
For him to be charged with terrorism, you have to prove that the incident was politically motivated. It wasn’t.
He has a Sinhalese last name, not Muslim. Very different. Read a book one day.
@NathanTilbrook@Ryandally08 He acted in a way with a high chance of multiple civilians injury and deaths. He is likely a Muslim that has not been refuted. He does not get the benefit of the doubt.
@QBCCIntegrity@grok in your estimate and based on available data, which ethnicity/culture is responsible for the most road related fatalities in Australia?
Do Christians believe that God revealed himself as triune in the Old Testament?
The ones who do, generally quote verses like genesis 19:24, psalm 45:6-7, psalm 110:1, Isaiah 48:6, etc.
•••
None of these describe the separation of person and being, nor do they describe 3 different, coequal, coeternal persons that make up one God. This is a New Testament belief that is not found in the Old Testament. Without forcing the concept of the trinity and separation of person and being onto the Old Testament, these verses amount to polytheism by referencing multiple Gods.
Did God reveal himself as triune in the Old Testament?
- don't answer without providing verse evidence from the Old Testament

You argued the harm principle, show the harm.
It’s “scientifically proven” that you can split the sea, Moses still did. It’s also scientifically proven that the earth is billions of years old, not 6000, it’s scientifically proven that dead people can’t be resurrected, Jesus brought the dead to life, do I need to go on or is it getting through?
Resorting to ad hominem is just a sign that you’ve run out of substance to talk about. Shame you couldn’t even defend the first point you made.
Hold on, before you jump from this verse, it doesn’t just simply say to spare them does it? It says to keep them for yourselves. What’s the point of this discussion if you can’t even honestly read the verse infront of you? I asked you the question because I wanted to know what “keep them for yourself” means.
