Had a pt this wk who needed GPappt. In the appt with me, we managed to get through to the surgery + have GP phone me back within mins. Meds at the pharmacy within 20mins and a F2F GP appt 48hrs later. Pt exclaims “well they don’t report that in the media!” #workinghard #NHS
