@NgComCommission @AirtelNigeria Pls @NgComCommission fight for us here Mowe. Bcos when I take this same router on Lagos Island the network is Perfectly. I am sure with this my few explanations you understand what is going. Pls @AirtelNigeria compensate me with days am unable to use the internet. 30k is no joke.

@NgComCommission @AirtelNigeria @NgComCommission When the internet speed test on the phone gives 30 to 40Mbps (which is quite low when compared to MTN), the speed test on the router SIM is 0kbps to 7Mbps. The engr tried saying it the sim or router that is faulty and I insisted it is big lie.

@NgComCommission @AirtelNigeria @NgComCommission The Engr @AirtelNigeria sent did some test we are were both able to prove that internet subscription on my Normal SIM on my phone is different from the SIM inside my router.

@NgComCommission @AirtelNigeria @NgComCommission Sincere apologize for the late response, it is the same, the problem is that the @AirtelNigeria internet network facility inplace here at Mowe-Mayegun isn't strong for the router sold to me, we still operate on a LTE network here, not even on 4G or 5G network.
