Another great 4th of July in Pennington! 🇺🇸 Grateful for my hardworking crew who gave up their holiday so others could enjoy theirs.
Huge shoutout to Leslie—ran her first 5K this morning and worked all evening by my side.
Proud of our town. Let’s keep pushing forward. 💪
Enjoyed a productive roundtable this morning in Lee County with law enforcement officers from across Southwest Virginia! 🚔
Thank you for the warm welcome and for your unwavering service. You are true heroes.
It’s an honor to have your back.
If a dog is your best friend, maybe don't watch this.
Actually, if a dog is your best friend, watch this. Then go hug your little buddy and talk about Ben. They won't understand your words, but they love hearing your voice.
RIP Ben Herbstreit 🐾🏁

NEW: Tesla is teaming up with Space X to build the Tesla Roadster, a sports car that will hit 0-60 in *less* than 1 second according to Elon Musk.
This is mind blowing.
How exactly will they get the car to 60 mph in less than 1 second?
With the “SpaceX rocket thruster option package” according to Musk in a previous post on X.
Tesla is aiming to unveil the Roadster at the end of the year.
“I think it has a shot at being the most mind-blowing product demo of all time,” Musk said.
For comparison, the fastest-accelerating production road car in the world is the Rimac Nevera electric hypercar.
The car hit 62 mph from a standing start in 1.85 seconds.
Two of the videos below are real footage of the Roadster. The other two are animations of what it could look like.
