Hi Tom, Thanks for the quick reply. Calling from outside the UK, the only telephone number available to me on that link is [phone] which I have called twice, both times the adviser stated I should be calling [phone] and asking for 'VAT Online Services Help desk' even though my actual need isn't specifically VAT related. Webchat result (every time): 'Our advisers are not available to discuss your query at the moment'
