when he said he was going to give me a refund, he even had previously make a colored sketch of my ocs, but it didn't look like it compared to the other drawings he made, he claimed it was because of his eyes, so i waited until his eye issue was sorted out, that was when i asked for the refund later on because he took too long, he said he was going to find a way to refund me, since he made me pay through hippo link, afterwards, i found out he blocked me.
