@GovMikeKehoe
This hemp ban (Bill 2641) doesn’t just impact hemp store owners—it impacts an entire ecosystem of small businesses and working Missourians.
We’re talking about:
• Retail employees
• Manufacturers
• Farmers
• Distributors
• Delivery drivers
• Marketing teams
• Packaging companies
• Equipment suppliers
• Landlords & Leasing Agents
• Shipping companies
• SEO companies
These are real people. Real families. Real livelihoods.
I recently sat outside a marijuana dispensary and, in less than 6 minutes, watched 14 people walk out—while more were still going in. That’s more traffic than many hemp stores see in an entire day.
So help me understand—why is the solution to shut down small, independent businesses and hand everything over to the already thriving, highly corrupt, marijuana monopolies?
Hemp businesses followed the law.
We built our stores the right way.
We invested our life savings into the American Dream.
And now we’re being told that none of that matters.
If this bill becomes law, it won’t just hurt store owners—it will wipe out thousands of jobs and eliminate opportunity for everyday entrepreneurs, all while strengthening the position of large, well-funded operators.
If you choose not to veto this bill, then at least be honest about what it means.
Look small business owners in the eye and tell them that their livelihoods matter less than protecting monopolies and legislators pockets.
Because that’s exactly what this will do.
Please veto the hemp ban.
@GovMikeKehoe — please VETO the hemp ban.
This bill doesn’t protect Missourians — it destroys them.
It will: • Put THOUSANDS of hardworking Missourians out of jobs
• Shut down small businesses across our state
• Hand our entire industry to a marijuana monopoly
Hemp is not the enemy. These are legal businesses, run by real people, serving real communities.
This bill doesn’t create safety — it eliminates competition and takes away consumer choice.
Missouri deserves better than backroom deals that favor one industry over another.
Protect jobs. Protect small business. Protect freedom of choice.
VETO the hemp ban.

Missouri Is One Signature Away From Banning your ability to purchase hemp. They want to force u into their outrageously taxed marijuana industry.

SO I turned on my camera on to take a pic and thought.... damn my makeup looks so good today. Except a black dot was under my eye so I figured mascara fell down. After scraping it for like 15 seconds with no luck, I realized that was a beauty mark and there was a filter on. Lmao! 🤣😂👀💄

Yes. Leave it to the states to decide. Please contact your US house reps and tell them to vote with @SenTedCruz against this horrible language that Mitch McConnell slipped in.
I have long believed that the regulation of hemp and marijuana products should rest with each individual state. Reasonable minds can disagree, and a blanket federal prohibition disempowers the voters in each of the fifty States.
A one-size-fits-all federal standard will undoubtedly create unintended consequences that harm consumers.
There is a vital need to protect children by, at a minimum, requiring that purchasers be 21 and prohibiting synthetics and dangerous foreign imports marketed to kids.
That’s the approach Governor Abbott has taken in Texas, and I urge other states to follow Texas’s example.

This Veterans Day, as we honor those who have courageously served, sacrificed, and dedicated themselves to protecting the freedoms we enjoy every day, the Senate has advanced the bill to KILL the hemp industry to the House of Representatives for a vote.
This bill threatens the very freedoms our veterans fought to protect, and strips them of access to the products they rely on for relief.
But this bill is NOT the law yet. The House votes next.

and demand they vote NO on the government funding bill with McConnell-Harris hemp restrictions.
This is devastating and deeply personal for us at American Shaman as we are proud to support those who have given so much to defend our nation.
We carry that same spirit of service by crafting American-grown, American-made products with the quality and authenticity our veterans inspire.
Yet now, Congress is trying to outlaw a legal American industry built on the very values our veterans defend: freedom, integrity, and the right to choose.
Our best chance to stop this ban is in THE People’s House, the House of Representatives, where nearly 30 bipartisan members previously told leadership that restrictive hemp language is a nonstarter for their constituents.
Contact your U.S. House Representative TODAY and demand they vote NO on the government funding bill with McConnell-Harris hemp restrictions.
If the McConnell-Harris hemp restrictions pass, here’s what’s at risk:
Veterans, seniors, and hardworking Americans lose access to the relief they rely on
Tens of thousands of small businesses forced to close
Farmers who cultivate American-grown hemp losing their livelihoods
A $70 billion American industry disappearing overnight
More than 350,000 jobs across the country being lost
The legal THC products—gummies, THCA flower, vapes, and beverages—that millions of adults use safely and responsibly every day being banned
On Veterans Day, we honor the people who have served this country with courage, sacrifice, and an unwavering commitment to freedom.
Now it is our turn to stand up for them, for their families, and for every American who deserves the freedom to choose how they care for their mind and body.
This is not over. But we must act immediately. The House still must vote on this bill before it reaches President Trump’s desk.
Contact your U.S. House Representative TODAY and demand they vote NO on the government funding bill with McConnell-Harris hemp restrictions.
Let’s come together as Americans to protect the freedoms that define us.
We cannot let fear, stigma, or politics erase years of progress or take away the rights that so many have already fought to defend.
Today and always, we honor those who serve. And we fight alongside them for freedom, fairness, and the future of legal THC in America.
Contact your U.S. House Representative TODAY and tell them to oppose any legislative language imposing restrictive cap limits on hemp.
Protect, preserve, and defend the thousands of farmers and businesses at stake, as well as consumer access to safe, legal hemp products.
@JohnCornyn — stand w/ @RandPaul & vote YES to strike the reckless nanny-state hemp ban which tramples the 10th Amendment states right. The people of Texas want legal hemp products: From McLaughlin & Associates -
- 79% of Texas voters support keeping consumable hemp legal with commonsense regulations: 75% Republicans; 81% Independents; 82% Democrats.
- 80% of voters believe consumable hemp products should be treated like alcohol -- legal for adults, regulated for safety.
- 69% of Texans have either used hemp products or know someone who has.
- 62% of voters are more likely to vote for a candidate who supports keeping hemp legal with regulations.
- 56% of voters are less likely to vote for a candidate who tries to ban hemp.
Stand with Texans and @GregAbbott_TX, please don't let DC crush Texas liberty and freedom. #SaveAmericanHemp

Hi All,
As most of you are aware we are at a critical juncture federally. The .4% THC per package language has been added to the legislation to open the government.
Senator Rand Paul is attempting one last Hail Mary today and is going to try and amend the minibus/CR to strike the hemp banning language. He has asked that we do all we can to push out the below call to action campaigns right now.
We need you to literally drop everything you are doing and send them out to your customers and post on your socials.

@LauraLoomer @lemmemaga @TMZ@charliekirk11 Those people that cheered were in the back and clapped for a police chase that was ended safely. Had nothing to do with Charlie Kirk. I watched it the whole time.
@floatpod Cawthon, I have discussed with several other people that you have stolen money from. I will give you until end of business today and then my attorney will proceed. THis is ridiculous! @CawthonBrown
It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love.
We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.

Special Session has started. Senator Perry has filed SB5 today. Have yet to see what it is, but I assume it's the SB3 BAN all over again.
