We lost lot of revenue and goodwill from our guest. We have even spoken to the senior officials from Chennai and they have lot of excuses for the non-availability of spares. The after sales service from them are really very poor; better go for some other brands......

We’ll not recommend anyone to purchase Daikin product, due to the fact that the AC is not working in many of our rooms and the main restaurant. For the past three weeks we are struggling as the spares are not available with the company, even though we have an AMC with Daikin.
