@reliancejio @reliancejio is now claiming I “disconnected” my old connection and took a new one while I used the Relocation option on the MyJio app to move my existing connection, and Jio subsequently charged me ₹1,200 as a relocation fee. Why does its own system show a relocation process?

Paid @reliancejio upfront for an annual JioFiber plan, then relocated via MyJio App and paid ₹1,200 relocation charges. Jio confirmed in writing that the unused balance would be credited after 90 days. 6 Months later, they now claim I disconnected and took a new connection.

Now they claim I never followed the relocation process.

Multiple complaints. Appellate Authority. No resolution.
