Bought Pad 3 with the pen in April, and the pen never worked properly. Got it replaced, still didn't work. I am being informed that it's the fault of the tablet???
I spoke to the manager on call, he gave me assurances that he will share the CCTV footage, recording of the crack & the screenshot of the time when theย video was recorded.
6/May - Called them multiple times, they have stopped picking our calls and replying on WhatsApp,
