I've recently got my @Bank_on_Fi account freeze due to a LEA complaint. After conversation with the customer service I got to know that I need to arrange NOC for the same. So I did the same, arranged NOC from concerned authorities and sent to their investigations team.

After that I've never gotten a single reply from their investigation team. Even after repeated mails they haven't solved the issue yet. They even have mail from LEA and from me too. The support system is the worst. They are harassing and not doing anything. @RBI

I am having issues with my order and contacted the costumer service. They closed my chat without any solution and mailed me that "we will revert back in 72 hrs" why????? I have issue right now, why I have to wait for 72 hrs ????
