Why should such people be given last preference in payout as compared to institutions. We need intervention from PMO's office immediately.

People at Lending Banks & MF, Regulators-RBI, SEBI, NHB, Rating agencies -CARE, ICRA, Brickworks, Catalyst Trustee, CBI, ED, SFIO (investigating DHFL).
Except AAA rated Secured NCD investors (who thought DRR is in place)

If banks take 300 crore more haircut then many secured innocent investors will get full principal up to 10 lackhs full payment who are in retail category so upto 10 lackhs shoud be paid full in dhfl case

Astounding that #NCLT passed an order in the #DHFL matter without hearing Mrs @AshokKhemka_IAS after having admitted the application and giving him a number. is this how the judicial process works? Lawyers? Do bond holders intend to fight? The trustees with 7cr wont do it!

.@SEBI_India why are #DHFL shares traded in stock exchanges? Isn't their value zero, or will new owners protect the existing shareholders. Banks, depositors and investors will take a 600 billion rupee blow, certainly not a hair cut. A case of total system failure.
