@XpressBees_IN Nevertheless, it's the duty of @XpressBees_IN to ease the process. As of now it's killing customer's time and patience. However, sometimes it becomes awful with such situations.
Everything said, there's a lot to improve.

@XpressBees_IN, as you claim yourself as "India's Fastest Growing Logistics", Kindly atleast try to call the customer. I received Zero calls from your executive yet it is showing as "our delivery representative made an attempt to deliver".
Kindly resolve the matter.

You may use this way:
Contact customer care and request them to contact the nearest hub and push for delivery immediately, if possible request the contact of the hub. Be polite keeping aside frustration, get your job done.

Kindly make the delivery executive to call me atleast.

It's awful that a customer had to followup for requesting a call from delivery person.

If he is unable to find my address, let him call, I will guide him to reach the delivery location.

@XpressBees_IN @iammanish4u Everywhere on the internet I am seeing such issues being posted about @XpressBees_IN , atleast try to call the number of customers. Atleast a missed call would be fine if you're looking at cost savings.

@blrcitytraffic @KarnatakaOne, I had made a payment of Rs.750 for 3 Traffic Violations as a penalty through Karnataka One at discounted price. Only 1 notice number has been removed from the Website, the other 2 notice numbers are still showing due. Kindly help me in this regard.
