Today marks 522 days since PC Charles Bahati allegedly killed Julius Ssekamwa, driver of M/V UAX 460C, near Nakasero State Lodge for reportedly delaying to give way to a convoy.

Police say the gun was recovered, yet Bahati allegedly escaped on a boda boda in the presence of armed officers and has never been arrested.

Ugandans deserve answers and justice.
