@MaineFrameworks@TutaPrivacy The export function is usable, but if you use it repeatedly, you need to wait 7 days. That's so the feature can't be abused. If you can't contact support from within Tuta, do send us an email at [email protected], but waiting time there is longer.

@vanviic@TutaPrivacy Please contact us at [email protected] so we can look into this and manually approve the account. Sometimes this is necessary as we do not ask for phone numbers when signing up to protect your privacy.

Sending to us does work so that we can then review and manually approve the account. This is necessary as we do not ask for phone numbers, but need to make sure that spammers can't sign up.
