@garyleff@tv77: Happens all the time! I have my FedEx wine delivered to a local FedEx store (Jewel) where they sign for it and I can pick it up whenever.
@Caesars_Rewards Thanks. But the person who gave us our voucher said the show was available, and just present it at the box office before the show to get our seats. We were not told “maybe you have tickets at the box office”. Never had an issue before once we had our voucher - tix were held.
@Caesars_Rewards so disappointed - as diamond members we were told we had tix to Mat Franco last night with a voucher - when we got there we were told sold out - no tix for us. Planned our entire night around this. Box office passed the blame to the TR desk. Bad customer service!
@Maggianos Chicago cust service terrible. Had bonus $20 gift card expiring in a week. Tried to use it, system gave an error. Manager said nothing I can do. No authority to credit us $20. Called gift card cust service, they said manager should have provided a credit onsite.
