@Cleartrip An @airindia ticket I booked through your website had 46KG baggage allowance and on rescheduling, no information on baggage change was mentioned. Even in the provided ticket its not shown. Now, during checkin, its showing only 23KG baggage.
@airindia@Cleartrip Also, @Cleartrip support is pathetic. Customer Care said they will get back to me on call in 1 hour, which was 4 hours back. No response after providing trip details via DM here and on call customer support blames me for rescheduling the ticket myself.
@airindia@Cleartrip I have one more active booking on Cleartrip and when trying to reschedule, its asking me to contact customer care. So, what I understand is that their rescheduling feature has issues. I am a victim of that and they are not acknowledging it.
Since there is no space in service center, the scooter was kept in the roadside in heavy rains. Lat time when I had to keep the scooter in roadside waiting for RSA, the display got damaged due to water. Also worried about battery not being charged for a month. #Ola

@OlaElectric No response from your RSA team ReadyAssist. Towing was scheduled for 11AM on Aug 1. No one called and there is no option to contact them back. Only a Callback option in the order page, which didin't happen even after multiple attempts. #Ola#ReadyAssist
