@Delta It's now 2.5 hours after scheduled takeoff. We have been sitting in the airplane with no A/C or circulation, on the ground, for 45 minutes (maintenance issue, we hope to fix).
And now they have held all takeoffs for some reason. If we had left we would have been gone before this

@Delta DL2226 LGA-ORD initially delayed 20 minutes because a flight attendant didn't show up. It's been over an hour for the last 25 minutes it's clear there's a flight attendant here, possibly riding jumpseat on this flight, clearly willing to work the flight. Delta not allowing

Now delayed 1 hour 45 minutes for lack of a single flight attendant. I'm the New York Metro area. I've waited less time for a replacement aircraft.
If this flight gets cancelled because of T-storms we should have missed, ...#delta srsly

@Delta Just now they turned away ANOTHER flight attendant who came to see if she could ride the jumpseat. Again, turned her away. I'm sure there are rules at play here but the optics are terrible.

Two manager-types were here at the gate with the gate attendant, taking on their phones, and with the potential substitute FA. Still nothing. Further delayed. Completely Delta's fault. What's your response @Delta ?

We need more evangelists showing AI tooling solving real problems, quickly and (relatively) easily. So much of the hype is about the tech itself, a solution looking for a problem.

This also means that foreign-languages scenes which normally pop up subtitles even when CC is turned off (in English movies), do not show up for anybody.

@HBO @StreamOnMax @netflix @NetflixNL as a hearing-impaired English speaker living in the Netherlands, I find it unacceptable that many English-language movies/shows are not available with English subtitles (subtitles that would match the original audio track).

@PatrickBakkers @ValaAfshar American living in Amsterdam. My commute is 9K, 27 minutes by bike. Or 40 minutes by metro/tram. I cannot imagine what it would be with parking and tracking down a car and driving every day.
When it's raining, you'll still see 70% of those bikes on the road.
It works.

@AskWorkspace Thanks for responding. Can you tell me how I can indicate that I'm non-commercial? I've had Google apps for your domain since forever, for family email. The window to be able to click "I am non-commercial" was very short and now I'm stuck.

@HEMA I came back to the store to exchange bedsheets (180x200) for 180x220 because the bed thinks 200cm is really a bit more.
I had opened the package and kept everything. Store unwilling to exchange because I cannot repack them like manufacturing. Really?

@RSister3131 @7Veritas4 Why? Look at the bigger problem. A majority of the voting electorate in her district wanted her elected. That is democracy. Terrible, terrible democracy. I see no point in trying to get the parties in that same electorate to impose criteria to run.
