The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) in Australia, established in 2023 to combat corruption, has instead exposed its own inefficacy by declining to investigate Robodebt—a clear example of government abuse of power.

This act of negligence not only questions the integrity of the NACC but also underscores the dire need for robust whistleblower protections against oppressive actions.

Across the globe, in the USA, similar struggles are evident.

Congressional hearings on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) have brought to light discussions about transparency, while also revealing the ongoing battle against whistleblower reprisals.

These issues reflect a universal challenge where individuals risk everything to expose abuse of power and potential harm of its citizens.

Whistleblowers, no matter where they stand, must be shielded from retaliation.

I think Labor are fumbling their messaging again, they're only focusing on the 20% debt reduction and not mentioning the other aspects of the plan. This is their second policy that increases take home pay and yet the concept of messaging that seems to elude them.

This hearing is at the District Court of South Australia (South-West corner of Victoria Square).

We will determine our success, or otherwis. of my special leave application to the High Court, shortly before this hearing.

I know many of you well. I ask,sincerely, that if you know a professional group in Adelaide, that if you could advise them of my request, and that a good time to attend in front of the domed District Court building 🏛️ , would be from 9:00am to 9:30 am.
