@anymanfitness What do you suggest for someone who has a shoulder issue? I have had an MRI and X-Ray on my shoulder and the docs tell it is fine. But, I have lost mobility, certain movements cause extreme pain (can no loner throw) and I am unable to do things like Pushups due to the pain.

@01Camron You make it seem as if the OC have all been fired. They did not. Two left for a head coach position after reaching the Super Bowl while the other two were fired for poor performance. Consistency can't happen when a good OC leaves for a HC position.

@jasrifootball Nick as the QB Coach as he can share knowledge and help teach the QBs. Get a seasoned OC who actually knows how to come up with strong routes and offensive schemes. Who can think outside the box and on the fly when needed.
