Truth: Since 1919, police have legally not been able to strike or take any form of industrial action.

As Officers of the Crown, they are bound by the Police Act 1996.

@khan_sophie The client should have chosen a more experienced solicitor, but saying that how hard is it to win in Court? If you are trained as a solicitor and lose, then questions will be asked, especially when you shouldn’t have lost.
