@HondaCustSvc @OceanHondaNoHo another part in the AC system, You can understand why I’m reluctant to pay another $2800! This seems to be a wide spread issue with that model year. What is Honda doing to help owners of the 17 mode?

@HondaCustSvc Hello, thanks for the response. I have my car seen at @OceanHondaNoHo . They have diagnosed the problem as an AC evaporator leak. They chalked in up to faulty materials in the 2017 model year and they gave me an estimate of $2800 to repair. After already paying $1800 to repair...

Right before the hot valley summer! Dealer says it’s the evaporator this time that’s broken. Lots of people having this issue! Still a brand new car, I shouldn’t have to be $4600 in the hole just to get the AC to work!

What’s going on with the AC systems on 2017 model year civics? Already had one part (compressor) break down last year and had to drop $1800 for repairs, now no cold air again and the dealer says it’ll be $2800 to repair.

@TVDirectors Definitely set for coding between 60-45 minutes before showtime. MOST graphics in 45 minutes before showtime as well but some slip in 30-20 minutes before showtime depending on the news day.
