Jennifer Van Laar (@jenvanlaar) exposes all the details of Gavin Newsom’s $9.1 million real estate empire:
• $3.7M Sacramento mansion purchased in cash via LLC (2020)
• $2.8M cash-out refinance
• $13K/month mortgage on first home
• $9.1M second home purchased in 2024 via LLC
• $6.5M mortgage at 6.75% interest
• $42K/month mortgage on second home
• $118K/year property taxes on second home
• Nearly $600K/year in total mortgage payments
• $200K/year paid to household employees (2017-2020 avg)
• $70K/year private school tuition (for two kids)
And this doesn't even include utilities.
Any guesses on how he can afford all this?
Former BlackRock fund manager Ed Dowd on the "old con" surrounding the AI data center buildout and how it'll blow up in corrupt politicians' faces
"This is an old con. Hollywood movies have been made about this, and senators have been caught doing this"
"You know a development is going to go up, and you know ahead of time where it's going to go, [so] you buy—for your approval—land around and adjacent to it for pennies on the dollar where no one's built anything"
"Then you grease the skids to get the approvals, then you sell that land, [and get] some shadow LLCs in the Cayman Islands [to serve as the facade in your end of the sale], and you make millions"
"It's a backdoor bribe. This has been going on forever"
"This went on during the railroad building days"
"[But] I think these guys have gotten ahead of themselves, and I think a lot of these guys are going to be left holding the bag on the land that they bought"
"Human psychology works for crooks too"
"[And] this [AI] frenzy is going to burst... and bubbles work on everybody... Insiders get swept up in it too"
"And some insiders are going to get wiped out"

Almost all of Nithya Raman's votes came from the Skid Row area in L.A.
The only difference in election fraud between C.A. and the rest of the country is that California basically legalized and designed its laws to accommodate election fraud practices.
This is only the tip of the iceberg of every method and technique used to steal elections.
Today the European Parliament voted 418-218 to pass the strictest migration law in EU history.
When the result was announced, MEPs started chanting.
"Send them back."
Inside the parliament chamber. On the floor. In 2026.
Here's what the law actually does:
— Deportation orders now apply across all EU member states. You can't evade removal by crossing a border.
— Detention before deportation extended from 6 months to 30 months. Unlimited for security threats.
— "Return hubs" in third countries. Migrants can be transferred outside the EU while awaiting deportation — including families with children.
— Automatic deportation stays while appeals are pending? Gone. Courts decide case by case.
— Entry bans double from 5 to 10 years. Lifetime bans for security risks.
Currently only about 20% of people ordered deported from the EU actually leave.
For years European leaders told voters that open borders and mass migration were non-negotiable — that wanting enforcement meant you were a fascist.
418 Members of the European Parliament just disagreed.
Trump proved his immigration policies were popular enough to win elections.
After a wave of right-wing electoral gains across the continent, Europe is following in his footsteps.
And the Overton Window is getting kicked off its hinges.
Import poverty; romanticize illegal immigration; demonize the middle class; drive out private-sector capital; and exempt elites from the consequences of their own ideology—and you’re left with a state where democracy dies, along with everything else.

🚨REPORT🚨
I’ve just spoken with a source that’s familiar with the investigations into California Governor Gavin Newsom.
They’ve confirmed Newsom and his associates are involved in several on going investigations.
Those investigations are coming out of the DOJ’s Eastern District of California.
These investigations are surrounding his wife’s taxes, his former chief of staff, and his current staffers.
The investigations launched after whistleblowers and original sources came forward and reported it.
These investigations have been ongoing for roughly one year ago.
The DOJ and FBI both declined to comment.
EXODUS.
New York is bleeding money and talent. IRS migration data confirms it. High earners are packing up for lower tax states. In the latest 2022–2023 filing year, California was the biggest loser at $11.9 billion net AGI outflow. New York followed close behind with $9.9 billion lost.
Florida took in $20.6 billion. Texas gained $5.5 billion. North Carolina also posted strong inflows. People vote with their feet and their wallets. High taxes, regulations, and costs push them out while no state income tax and business-friendly rules pull them south.
The pattern is clear. Productive residents leave. The tax base shrinks. Services strain. Rinse and repeat in blue strongholds.
This isn't random. It's economics 101. People chase opportunity and keep more of what they earn. High-tax states keep doubling down on the same policies driving the flight.
When will leaders connect the dots? Or does the money have to fully dry up first?
Drop your take below.
For more than a year, Gavin Newsom has bragged about "fast-tracking" brush clearance on nearly 100,000 acres of land. But we have obtained internal documents showing that he broke that promise—and then tried to hide it from the public.
This is why California burns.
This is a scandal WAY bigger than Watergate.
@CNN, @MSNOWNews, @NBCNews, @ABC, @PBS — it's past time to cover this.
People died from the COVID shot because the government lied to them, yet the legacy media refuses to report on this story.
@RoKhanna Not only did they steal the election but got a half cent sales tax that voters never wanted so they can steal that money too. It’s a win win for them, lose lose for LA.
Not even close!
Thank you all for exposing who you are. Becerra the child trafficker lost 350k migrant kids!
HHS/ORR Role (Becerra’s Agency)
• HHS Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) takes custody of unaccompanied children (UACs) from DHS/ICE, houses them in shelters, vets sponsors, and releases most to sponsors (family or others) in the U.S.
• Once released, the sponsor is responsible for the child; HHS does limited post-release safety/well-being calls (not long-term tracking or child welfare services). ICE handles immigration enforcement/court monitoring.
Key Failures Tied to HHS Under Becerra
• Rushed Sponsor Vetting & Releases: Becerra directed ORR to accelerate releases (likened to a “Henry Ford assembly line” to clear shelters quickly amid the 2021+ surge). This led to field guidance memos (later rescinded) that weakened sponsor screening over career staff objections.
• HHS OIG Report (Feb 2024): In a review of 2021 cases, 16% of files lacked documentation for required safety checks; 19% had pending FBI fingerprint/child abuse registry checks with no follow-up updates; ID issues in 35% of cases; some mandatory home studies skipped or discretionary ones poorly applied. These gaps raised risks of trafficking/exploitation.
• Poor Post-Release Follow-Up: ORR made limited calls; many went unanswered or had outdated contact info. Earlier reporting (e.g., ~85,000 lost contact in 2021–early 2023 per NYT/House oversight) highlighted failures to locate children after placement. Becerra publicly disputed “lost” numbers, saying children aren’t “lost” if sponsors don’t answer calls and HHS lacks ongoing authority.
• Limited Info Sharing: A 2021 DHS-HHS memo reduced requirements for ORR to share sponsor biographic/biometric data with ICE, hampering post-release monitoring (contributing to DHS OIG issues like 31,000+ bad addresses and 233,000+ unserved NTAs).
Connection to “Missing” Kids
The DHS OIG reports (2024–2025) primarily fault ICE for monitoring failures after HHS release (e.g., incomplete sponsor addresses from HHS transfers, no comprehensive tracking policy). However, they note HHS as the releasing agency and highlight coordination breakdowns. Critics (Congressional oversight, Grassley, House panels) tie Becerra directly to policy choices prioritizing speed over thorough vetting, leading to exploitation cases (labor trafficking, gang ties, etc.) and tracking gaps.
Becerra faced congressional grilling/subpoenas but maintained procedures were followed and children weren’t “lost” in a literal sense once with sponsors. Defenders argue surges overwhelmed the system and federal authority ends at release.
Bottom line: Becerra oversaw the agency responsible for sponsor vetting and initial placement. OIGs documented systemic gaps in screening/follow-up during high-volume Biden-era releases, creating risks and contributing to later monitoring failures. The March 2025 DHS OIG report (linked previously) details the downstream effects.

FBI raids and executed 3 search warrants at the Contra Costa County Assessor’s Office in California
It was found The Assessor’s Office handled property valuations for taxes across 380,000 parcels and was full of corruption. They made improper assessments, favoritism and inside financial dealings
There’s also sexual harassment charges with an alleged $1 million dollar payoff
They would improperly lowering values for certain properties and an employee even raised concerns to try and stop the corruption
By the way, all Democrats involved and the county is Democrat
CALIFORNIA VOTE IS RIGGED 🚨 Voters were rejecting a new sales tax increase in Los Angeles County but because of a ‘surge with late mail in ballots’ the sales tax increase PASSED
The same late mail in ballots that pushed Nithya Raman ahead of Spencer Pratt also pushed through Democrat’s sales tax increase
“I'm going to talk about one of the strangest results in the LA County — sales tax increase that will take the sales tax in Los Angeles County from a very high 9.75% to the almost unthinkable 10.25%, one of the highest in the country. Why did this happen? — Initially, it looked like Measure ER, the tax increase, was going to fail, but with late ballots coming in, especially for Nithya Raman, the tax increase passed.”
I found this new sales tax increase is expected to take a BILLION dollars per year from residents.
Again, they were rejecting it. But Democrats forged it through with mail in ballots
I can’t believe this is real
Woman who works for California State Parks says they are not legally allowed to clear the brush in Los Angeles
“We're issuing a permit for the homeowners — she tells me that there's legislation saying that the California State Parks are not allowed to clear the brush — So they're quote, not allowed to clear the brush, but they're allowed to issue a permit so that homeowners can clear the brush behind their houses for 100 up to 130 feet.
So all these homes that back up to state land that isn't clear and they're at a clear danger for a wildfire aren't allowed to touch it. They have to get a permit to clear their brush and pay for it, and it's not their land”
Yes this is 100% true, California is making homeowners PAY to clear brush because Democrats passed legislation restricting it for the state
State Parks, Cal Fire, Public land restrictions say State agencies face limitations on large-scale brush clearing due to
- CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) requirements says clearing brush can require lengthy environmental reviews
- Habitat protections for rare plants, animals, or cultural resources
California law (Public Resources Code 4291) requires homeowners in high fire hazard areas to maintain defensible space of 100- 130+ of reduced vegetation around structures. When your property backs up to state land, you often need a permit to clear or thin brush on the state land side
Democrats are corrupt
