And as a result, i waste 3 hours waiting to get in. I waste another day to come in and find out that an unnecessary document was missing. I leave without a visa. Noone called me to inform this was the case. Is this normal? Is this how you plan to attract tourists and investors???

The officer at the desk told me, after having accepted the documents that we should be good to collect the passport with visa on the wednesday afternoon. We came in today. The visa was not ready. Reason - the bank account statement for my Mom is needed. This i cant understand

I am using my Mom’s account because i do not use Twitter. Bit i am trying to process a visa for her as my guest. And this has turned out a pure nightmare. On the day of the appointment, we were booked for 11 am. We entered at 1 pm. 3 hours in the street! Me and my 73year old Mom!

Dear Sir, i think there is a need to flag a few matters on the visa process in moscow, especially in relation to those who are inviting their first degree relatives to visit on the basis of the golden visa that had been obtained through a sizeable investment back in 2014
