If you were on a plane, and the pilot says on the loudspeaker
“Hey guys, just so you know, I’m feeling really low and I don’t want to be alive anymore”
Would you swap the pilot out with a stable one if given the option?

This is how girls view your mental health issues
Your phone is doing magic on you. All screens are black (empty glass) because it represents the empty space of mind. A magical device that shows you everything you didn’t even know you wanted to see (brain rot) + (created by geniuses to keep you addicted). It strips away your curiosity and creative ability, it blocks the spontaneity of mind from occurring and hyper conditions you (feedback loops are one thumb swipe away) to desire slop. You quite literally destroy your spirit every time you scroll. You block life’s spontaneous beauty from arising in your mind (algorithm overlords do it for you) and waste your life chasing what the feeds have shown you, instead of allowing your soul to birth it from within you.
If you continue to waste your days now, you have no reason to worry about maintaining yourself for the future. You do nothing with your intelligence, nothing with your beauty, nothing with your time.
If you don't make use of your gifts now, what are you even preserving them for?
To continue doing nothing in the future?
This is the miserable irony of the hoarder.
Always collecting; concerned about loss; anxious over expiration.
In the end, they realise they held it all.
But because they never used it – it was as good as nothing.
i’m about to go on an insane run.
a streak of wins never before seen.
i will win to the point that a new word would have to be coined, so that the person narrating my wins won’t spend all day describing it.
you saw it here first.
You were never meant to change your habits in the dead of winter.
That’s why they made “New Year’s Day” in January (look up who was behind that one). To keep you a slave to habit. To keep you from locking in.
Until 1752, Protestant Britain’s New Year fell on March 25th. Protestants rioted when the government bowed to the pressure of foreign merchants and adopted the papist calendar.
Tonight is the night that our oldest steppe ancestors celebrated the New Year. Spring is here, and with it the possibility of change. Now is the time to make your resolutions.
One of the worst things you can do is refuse your cross, ignore the hero's call, and always wish that things were different rather than accept what is and do your best to work with it
If you suffer from rumination or can’t get over regrets I think your worst sin might be pride because to be stuck in regret is to think that you had full control over that past situation instead of thinking maybe you were never as powerful or intelligent or wise as you believed
