Complaint No:- 12260709005441

A genuine case of safety hazard and the ASP Mr Priyesh is Blaming me that I overcharged the watch

Pathetic customer support and no resolution for customers

I purchased the Realme Watch S2 on January 10, 2025. Just over a year later, the battery swelled, causing the display panel to detach. The service center's response? Since the warranty period is over, I'm on my own.
