After waiting 1.5 hr at property for response @ScottishPower are condescending to booking me an engineer if guarantee I will wait another 4 hours! What a joke! My time has no value. They are clearly doing me a huge favour supplying me with gas. #nowords #dontswitch2Scottishpower

Been here 20 mins and the message on the @Scottishpower emergency customer service Twitter text service hasn’t even been picked up yet. This no doubt means I am up to 4 hrs 20 mins so far#hopetobeprovedwrong!

another day in the @ScottishPower fiasco. 4.45 pm , decided it is not a p p meter (it is) & needs changing. come tomorrow but in 4 hr window so tenant has to wait in freezing cold house ((SP fault) ) and engineer may or may not call ahead. #nofaith#zero service#no2Scottish Power
