@CredilaFinserv has the worst sales managers ever. And the support team is much worse. It’s been 5 days since my sales manager replied to me . And 3 days since I mailed the support team regarding this. Pls don’t opt for them if you value yourself and your time.

@Adobe makes it very difficult for their users to contact them in case of any issue. Been trying to sort an issue from July 2024. Horrible

@creativecloud @Adobe Been struggling with them for a refund a subscription cancellation for over a year now. The most horrible customer service and no one cares until you follow up multiple times and the follow up process is not easy as each time I get a different agent.

Working with AI reminds me of when I used to teach my sister math. I’d have literally told the same problem( as 5 seconds ago) just changing one line and my sister will be so confused with tears in her eyes. Well in AI’s case , I’m crying. 😭
