• Member bookings “unavailable” but same resorts open on MakeMyTrip • Verbal commitments conveniently denied • Wrong season info shared to block bookings • Zero accountability from support

Bad experience shopping this time @myntra @MyntraSupport Received defective product with holes adjusted by plastic at 2-3places. This could be detected only when you use it like I did, got to know after removing tags. Providing bad products during sale.

Awful experience with Flipkart @Flipkart Worst Service one can get. My order still showing expected delivery 18 Oct but I never received it till date + no updates from team. Customer support will fool you giving silly excuses.

@Flipkart Purchased phone with exchange option. Delivery person refuses to take old phone and asks for exchange amount though no defect in phone. Multiple call and email @flipkartsupport but no response more than a week now.

Trying for name change for long. After several follow ups, the branch now asks for gazetted notice for proof though I have my Aadhar card and marriage certificate which I guess is enough to prove my identity. Owing to such issues, will lead to closure of account.
