But the elaboration meant to show a distinction between bunyoro and Buganda formation because how Muwawa transitioned from what it was and then to Buganda is different from how tembuzi transitioned to chwezi and then to bunyoro. Buganda had 5 clans but they kept increasing as the kingdom expanded in territory and number to 50+ right now, some of many whose origin is from various places. So yes the chwezi dynasty & tembuzi existed.

So forget what is taught in school but rather what is taught at clan heritage sites
