@KenyaPower_Care Explain to me why I updated my token meter on July 6th, bought tokens for Kes. 500 which was 19.9 tokens on Saturday 20th July which added to 20. tokens. Only for my lights to go out yesterday. On verifying today, I have -1.54 tokens.Negative!!! tokens in less than 5 days???
