Please remember that the purpose of having a mobile banking app is to ease people's banking life and not to further complicate it.
YONO APP makes Banking more complex than simplifying it.

Most importantly how can you restrict the user from logging in his own account ??? Your highlight of the Malicious App is good enough for the users to be alert and trade carefully while doing the mobile banking.
@RBI is this even allowed as per the SOP defined for MobileBanking

It denies login to the app under the pretext of "Malicious App found" if the objective is to help then please name the apps which according to @TheOfficialSBI is considered to be malicious. You can't expect the user to keep Uninstalling apps and try login

@snitchindia Last night, I tried ordering 4 items from Snitch Mobile App. Payment didn't go through TWICE. However, money was debited TWICE.
The App kept throwing me to the order page after 2 mins of wait time.
One of the worst UX I have come across in Snitch Mobile App.

@MyntraSupport you need to have better scripts for the Call reps, every single time they keep ranting one single statement " 48 hrs " and change the SOP as well, there are better ways to provide customer support.
