got a call from mahindra team they are trying to convince me that cut is voluntarily cant be replace offering me 50 % disc , i can buy new Tyre any time but customer safety should be 1st ,i want this tyre to be replaced else i can buy the tyre any time

got a call and emails from mahindra team every one is trying to explain and convince me its a cut and cant be replaced they are offering disc of 50 % but no one is offering replacement if you have relation with customer you should have relation with your vendor also //i

I purchased a xuv 300 in 3months just in 2100 km , rear tire got busted from inner side of the wheel .such a poor quality of bridge-stone tire , when i contacted mahindra they made a letter and forwared to bridge stone guy

quality of tire very poor quality of tire , even service manager realized and made letter for manufacturing defect but still no response
when service manager of mahindra made a letter for puff manufacturing defect still bridge stone is not ready to listen and replace it
