At 2:00 am in the night suddenly repetitive transactions worth Rs.25,500/- were debited from my wife's S/B Acc. after every 10 mins. By the time I wake up, 3 transactions happened and rest further 3-4 more were blocked. Case#77393150 reg.

@HDFC_Bank Firstly, I never do transactions late in night at 2:00 am, secondly why I will do 7 transactions with same amount, thirdly I never use my debit card for online transactions.
Also I got notification from bank on WhatsApp to say yes or no. But I ddint respond by yes or no

Bank first solved it by refunding the money in the account, however suddenly after 2 weeks took back the amount without my knowledge.
Such a #pathetic bank #hdfc
With explaination that I approved the transactions.
If I had approved the transactions then why would I have blocked
