@STAOdisha Sir, a false challan (OR43517250909205543) has been issued against my scooter vehicle no OD01B9171 by Mayurbhanj RTO on 09-09-2025 20:55:43. Mine is a non gear vehicle with HSRP fitted, whereas the challan vehicle is a geared vehicle without HSRP.

@KentROSystems On March 11, 2025 under the req no 250309-07951 all RO filters were replaced, today we got a constant beep and created req 260219-00916. Now your service personnel again asking for all filter replacement which will cost around 6000. pls help.

For this I have opened a grievance ticket (ECOR2509C00IJ9) with parivhan which is pending at Mayurbhanj RTO. Now, due to this pending challan I can't do the PUC. Request you to please look into this matter and resolve at the quickest.

@royalenfield Local team's current 'resolution' is to polish over a recurring metallurgical defect, which I have already rejected. This requires a senior technical assessment and part replacement, not a cosmetic cover-up. Please confirm when the Regional Technical Manager will be inspecting?

@royalenfield Update: @RoyalEnfield service claims engine enclosure rust isn't covered by warranty and suggested 'polishing.' Polishing doesn't fix a recurring manufacturing defect. I expect a permanent solution for a premium product, not a temporary cover-up. #RoyalEnfield #QualityIssue

@royalenfield I am requesting that this case be escalated to the Regional Technical Manager (RTM) or the Zonal Quality Head. Local technicians have attempted 3-4 repairs without success, indicating a metallurgy or coating defect that requires senior-level assessment. Sharing latest pics.
