How to get the Nike × ONE PIECE promo cards (without going to the store or Tokyo)
Right now there’s only one practical way for most people:
Digital Weekly Shōnen Jump subscribers (Jump+ or Zebrack) can apply for a full set of the collab promos.
What’s included:
10× Gomu Gomu Don!! Card
10× Mera Mera Don!! Card
10× Ope Ope Don!! Card
4× special new-art Monkey D. Luffy
Total: 34 cards
Important details:
- Application period: September 18 – October 18
- Limit: 1 set per person
- There is a small application fee
- The Gomu Gomu Don and Luffy use the same designs being distributed at the Nike Tokyo pop-up
The Nike pop up in Tokyo is in store only (you have to buy something there to get the cards).
The Jump+ / Zebrack method is completely without going to Tokyo pop up store.
The digital Jump subscriber application is online. You apply, pay the small fee, and the cards get shipped to you. No need to visit the store at all.
This is the way to get them without visiting the store. The same Gomu Gomu Don and Luffy are also being handed out at the Nike pop-up, so supply is already split.
Once the application window closes, these cards will only be available on the secondary market.
If you’re already a digital Jump subscriber (or planning to become one), mark September 18 on your calendar.
Save this so you don’t miss it.
Nike × ONE PIECE just dropped exclusive promo cards and they’re not playing around.
Two special cards are being released:
A brand new “Gomu Gomu” Don!! Card
A special P-099 Monkey D. Luffy with completely new artwork (same effect as the original)
These are not regular promos. They’re collab exclusives tied directly to the Nike collection.
Right now the only place you can get them is the Nike Tokyo pop-up “Dr. B’s RESEARCH LAB”.
Buy shoes → get 1 special “Gomu Gomu” Don!! Card
Buy apparel or a cap → get 1 special P-099 Monkey D. Luffy card (new illustration, same effect)
No extra purchase options. No online sales. Just in-store distribution.
English versions are planned later for overseas Nike stores and official tournaments, but the first wave is pure Tokyo exclusivity.
These are going to be chased hard once people realize how limited the first distribution is.

Most people are still getting smoked buying One Piece TCG at the wrong time.
I’ve been trying to tracked OP-15, OP-16, and OP-17 closely. Same story keeps repeating and it just getting more expensive.
Presale hits and everyone loses their mind. Big chase cards jump 130–150% before the set even releases. OP-17 was the worst (or best, depending on if you sold).
Then Wave 1 lands and the bloodbath starts.
High-rarity singles drop 25–30% almost overnight. Special cards get cut nearly in half. Sealed boxes fall even harder and faster.
Here’s the part most people miss:
Set design decides how deep the pain goes.
One or two big chases (OP-15 Enel, OP-16 Admirals) usually find a floor around 52–56%.
OP-17 is built different. Multiple Manga cards + Super Parallels = way more boxes ripped. Looking at the current trajectory (pure speculation on my end, not guarantee), those chase card floors could get pushed toward 42–45% if the later restocks hit hard.
Two things still refuse to die:
- Super Parallels (Rocks D. Xebec, Luffy) hold up better because the pull rates are nasty usually 55–62%.
- Meta AA Leaders often stop bleeding once tournament players start buying them.
Collecting or building decks, the timing hasn’t really changed.
If you’re actually trying to buy smart instead of emotional:
Wait 45–60 days after launch. That’s when Wave 1 and Wave 2 restocks collide and the real bottom usually forms.
Everything before that is just expensive FOMO
P.S. This is just my speculative analysis based on the patterns so far. You can agree or disagree, totally up to you, it’s only a guide 😇

Honestly, if you've been eye fucking the Paris Grévin Luffy, now might actually be the time to buy I guess hahahaha 👀
Remember when everybody lost their minds in June and drove raw copies to a delusional $600 – $1,300+ or more? Wild time man for FOMO buyers. I'm still seeing some reseller still pushing for $700 - $1000 price even though thethe market dropping a lot. Probably they also stuck with their buying price from reseller.💀💨
Fast forward to today: steady online tickets are flowing out of Paris, and the bubble has officially burst.
Just look at the recent eBay realized sales below:
French P2P: Direct cash moving around €220 (~$240).
eBay Floor: Realized sales leveled out at $256 – $285. (Only US sellers sitting on immediate domestic stock are still managing to squeeze out $400+)
I'm still seeing some reseller still pushing for $700 - $1000 price even though thethe market dropping a lot. Probably they also stuck with their buying price from reseller.
The crazy supply choke is over. So I gotta know is $250-$300 the ultimate dip to grab yours, or are we crashing harder when the October tickets drop?
Im willing to hear if you have any comment on this 😎

Picture this, you put in a pre-order many months ago, super hyped for release day. Then, literally few week before launch, your local shop gets hit with a massive allocation cut. Suddenly your pre-order gets canceled, and if you even want a box, prices have magically spiked by 200-400%
Honestly if things like this keep happening how are normal people who just want to open a few packs and enjoy collecting even supposed to participate anymore?
Let's stop pretending: this isn't a thriving card game right now it's a massive, artificial bubble on pure hopium. When everyday players get priced out and product is only bouncing between greedy scalpers, the ecosystem is already rotting from the inside out. Bandai will hit the reprint printer hard, and when they do on second or even third wave, this whole thing is going to collapse into a brutal market correction that will leave FOMO buyers crying over ruined portfolios.
Maybe it is finally time to stop chasing sealed product at ridiculous markups and just buy the exact single cards you actually love from the set.
Is the One Piece market heading straight for a market correction, or do you think prices will stay high forever?
This my two cent opinion,
OP 17 has been stir up drama among tcg communities from what I see is happening now. Because every time a new set drops, everyone loves to point fingers at Bandai and scream about printing failures. But I am starting to think we are all looking in completely the wrong direction.
Anyone actually chatted with any local game store owner recently? It is brutal out there. I know they will put in an order for massive case volumes, and suddenly 90-95% allocation cut hits them out of nowhere. They barely get handed enough scraps to run a tiny pre-release event, and local players who just want to play the game get completely shut out of sealed product.
Why does this happen? Because wholesale boxes cost these regional distributors a fraction of retail. Why sell at a normal margin to a local shop when you can artificially choke the supply, let secondary market prices skyrocket by 300% to 400%, and quietly backdoor the rest of the stash to high bidding streamers or private social groups? It is a literal sound like casino.
And let us be real about why nobody talks about big vendors, massive creators, and private group admins getting priority stock will never expose. this because their profit margins depend on staying on the distributor's good side. Meanwhile, real physical stores get locked out by gatekept rules while online only entities with zero player base secure massive allocations.
If 90-95% of the stocks are getting choked right at the distributor level before they even touch a retail shelf then no wonder we are all paying the damage
This is good price. The price might stabilize now or it can go lower after the October entry. Probably good time to buys guys or you can be patient bit more 😂 from the euro side there its start to go under 90 eur
One Piece Treasure Chest Vol 2 TC-02 with Perona and Kumashi
