The flight attendants on @FlyFrontier made a few of these for the kids on our way into @SyracuseAirport. Some even got a little face drawn on it. Such a cute idea to keep them busy in the last half hour of our flight! #flyfrontier

#Holidaytravel update 7: This was a scene at BWI on 12/25/22 - all #SouthwestAirlines flights were delayed or canceled in this concourse due to lack of pilots/flight attendants. You can hear people playfully trying to bribe other pilots to fly to their destination. #southwestAir

@USDOT My delayed #SouthwestAirlines bag has been lost since my 1st 12/24 cancelation. Airport staff don't know where it is and I'm driving back from my destination today due to my 3rd cancelation for this trip. Per policy, delayed bags are delivered within 24 hours. Policy violaton.

#holidaytravel update 6, 3 of 3: I'm unable to choose a new flight online. I recieved an error code and either need to call or go to the airport. Customer service lines left me on a continous hold any time I called over the past 3 days and I never talked to a human via phone.

#holidaytravel update 6, 1 of 3: After being sent to ALB instead of SYR & arriving in NY 26 hours later, #SouthwestAirlines now canceled my return flight to RDU. My bag is lost, they don't know when I'll get it back.

#holidaytravel update 6, 2 of 3: I found out about my 630am cancelation for this today by checking the internet at 7pm last night, not through #SouthwestAirlines notification. They didn't send me a text until 1240am. Yesterday, none of the 3 scheduled flights arrived in SYR.

USDOT is concerned by Southwest’s unacceptable rate of cancellations and delays & reports of lack of prompt customer service. The Department will examine whether cancellations were controllable and if Southwest is complying with its customer service plan.

#holidaytravel update: After a 3 hour drive from a sister airport, I finally made it to my destination. Now to see if #SouthwestAir has it together by Tuesday when my returning flight is scheduled....

#holidaytravel Update 3: I've never seen a group of people happier than when these fabulous gate agents announced that San Juan passengers were given a pilot and could go to their destination. So many people hugged and Thanked this gate agent. #SouthwestAir
