Ordered yesterday from zomato and had an awful experience. It was showing 50 mins to deliver I thought there must be a rush in the restaurant that's why it's showing such a delay in delivery. Still, I ordered at 10 pm as I was really hungry.

Why to have customers place orders when there is a shortage of delivery person? My money and the order both were gone and no one in the team zomato actually cared to resolve the issue !

Zomato is earning, the delivery boy is earning, support executives are earning but the customer is suffering at because of this cost-cutting strategy of Zomato? How is that justified? @zomato @deepigoyal

@airindia In talks with the air india executives , first manta now khushi . No resolution till now been in the call for almost 2hours now. Really frustrating been on the hold for soo long

@airindia My son has flight from Mumbai to New York on 25th Jan early hours. He has been trying the phone support to resolve his PNR error (it’s not displaying on the website) even AI executives can’t retrieve the ticket from their end. There is absolutely no help from air india

@airindia Is so pathetic guys. I have been following up since so long and I get a generic message in reply but no resolution for the technical issue which is happening at their end in their system. Today is my son’s flight and there is no help. Now the flight is 6 hrs delayed
