Simple NON-TOXIC Hair Mask recipe for Eliminating Dandruff and Itchy Scalp
(in just two uses*, and one or two ingredients might surprise you!) 🍳+🥥+🩵

Ingredients:
• 1 raw egg
• 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
• 1 tablespoon of Bloo (or a mix of 1.5 grams of salicylic acid, 3 grams of bicarbonate of soda, 1 gram of niacinamide, 1 gram of taurine, 500 mg of caffeine)

Instructions:
Crack the egg into a glass, add the coconut oil, and one tablespoon of Bloo, or the salicylic acid/bicarbonate of soda/niacinamide/taurine/caffeine mix. Stir well until fully combined. Massage the mixture into your scalp, leave it on for 10 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly. Bonus points if you rinse in the ocean or sea.

*I eliminated my persistent dandruff after just two washes with a scalp mixture made from aspirin, bicarbonate of soda, taurine, vitamin B3, and caffeine. It also helped me grow fresh new baby hairs!

The primary reason it works is that aspirin (salicylic acid) is excellent at reducing inflammation. The reason people experience hair loss and many other hair issues is due to constant inflammation in the scalp, which leads to calcification, restricts blood flow, and all the associated problems that follow.

Danny Roddy recommends using aspirin scalp washes for hair growth in his book, *Hair Like a Fox*, and Ray Peat writes: "A solution of aspirin in water on the skin helps with inflammation and is mildly germicidal."

I wish more people realised their scalps thrive on simplicity, and would stop drying their scalps with toxic chemicals that make things worse!!! 🦊
