@FlipkartS43012 I called the customer care…..I was responded but the person said the return fee is from seller side…he tried but no option was there and he hanged the phone…my problem was not solved…

Due to my previous returns, i am being charged 50 rs per return….I am ok with that if it is my fault of returning…but here the product is totally different and of no use to me….I can’t use it…and this is not my fault that im receiving wrong product…why should I be charged….

@flipkartsupport no option left than to reach you out on X…I had ordered kids shoe from Flipkart and a different shoe was delivered, I made a replacement request…the product was delivered..but again a different one….now no replacement option is there only return is available…
