@IndiGo6E I am so appalled and upset with this attitude of your airline where you keep changing the terminals at Mumbai Airport. My sr citizen parents had to suffer due to negligence in informing the correct terminal on the airline’s official Website as well as in other forums.

This kind of carelessness must be affecting hundreds of passengers everyday, and it is sad when Airlines as well as airport isn’t proactive in communicating changes. How ridiculous is that. I demand a full investigation and a mandatory Terminal notification for every booking.
