A big thank you to Adam at Market Harborough station and Jill the train manager on @EastMidRailway for reuniting me with my backpack, laptop & make up bag! Such great customer service!
Don’t forget to post a photo of the temperature on social media today, whether it’s a screengrab from a weather app or a photo of your car dashboard (or even from some kind of fancy indoor weather station). Add this “🥶🥶🥶” before you post it, obviously 👍
Good morning,
On this day, 7 years ago, our brand new Good Grief Trust website was launched.
For those unfamiliar to our story, our founder @lindamagTV lost her partner to cancer in 2014 and struggled to find support.
She realised back then, that the UK did not have one central signposting database to bring all bereavement services together.
Health professionals did not have a national online resource to ensure patient’s relatives and friends could find Help and Hope after losing someone they loved.
So in 2016 Linda founded our charity and we are now the UK’s leading bereavement network, with 1000 + charities, helplines, groups and specialist support services under one umbrella.
We are proud to work with the NHS, emergency services, funeral industry and many others who use our Good Grief condolence and signposting cards, alongside the website.
No-one should grieve alone.
‘Grief can be complicated but access to support should never be’

1. I haven’t been listening
2. I have been listening and what you’re saying is important, but I simply won’t remember it all
3. I have been listening but you’re going on a bit and I’d like you to go away now
4. I want a written record of this because I know what you’re like
