@VirginAtlantic JFK-MAN flight rescheduled in a way that would delay me for a night shift (I'm a junior doctor). Contacted call center, was told "the NHS delays & cancels appointments too". Appalling. Can you help with an earlier flight/ upgrade so I can sleep prior to my shift?
